Silverburn set to host a range of entertainment and fundraising events

 Santa Claus will return to leading retail and leisure destination, Silverburn every day in December marking the countdown to Christmas Day and helping to raise funds for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity (GCHC). 

The daily meet and greets, with a suggested £3 donation, will take place 11am-6pm outside Next, with an additional quiet hour every Sunday 10-11am in the charity’s Christmas Hub next to Smiggle, for children with autism or other sensory needs. 

With the night’s drawing in and Christmas just around the corner, people are beginning to make their festive plans, and luckily there’s plenty to do this Winter at Castle Howard.

Visiting a Christmas lights trail has been a firm family favourite of ours for the past few years.  It’s a definite winter win/win as it gets the family out on a nice walk while also allowing us to enjoy a fabulous festive experience together.

So when we were lucky enough to be invited along to last night’s preview of BeWILDerwood Cheshire’s first ever Christmas ‘sparkly light and panto trail’ we jumped at the chance to check it out - and boy have they pulled it off!

It’s what we’ve all been waiting for… BeWILDerwood Cheshire are hosting their first ever Christmas event and it’s set to be the most wholesome festive event of the year. 

BeWILDerwood Presents Christmas, a Sparkly Light & Panto Trail runs on selected dates from the 2nd to the 23rd December and tickets are now available to purchase online. 

The National Forest Adventure Farm is bringing the magic of Christmas to Staffordshire as they transport families via a magical portal to their hugely popular interactive festive event, North Pole Adventure.

Over 14,000 visitors experience the North Pole Adventure each year at the National Forest Adventure Farm, near Burton on Trent, which this year has extended opening hours to keep up with demand.
