Blackpool Pleasure Beach is holding a hair-raising Halloween event this year, and organisers have issued a warning to its prospective visitors.
The theme park bosses say that its special event - the Journey To Hell Freak Nights - has "set a new bar for the fear factor".
The event will run for four days - from October 27 to October 31 - as part of the Vampire Beach programme, especially set up for Halloween.
Guests are cautioned the event will give you the "fright of your life" with extreme content - where visitors are given a safe-word to use if they get too scared.
A full list of potentially terror-triggering themes have been released by the park, to advise guests exactly what they are in for before they book their tickets.
Those embarking on the Journey to Hell are warned it will include;
- Sexual content
- Latex
- Confined spaces
- Offensive language
- Blackout hoods
- Low/no visibility
- Loud noises
- Strobe lighting
Blackpool Pleasure Beach has advised that the whole experience is a "physically demanding environment and and is in no way suitable for those with a nervous or weak disposition.
The Journey to Hell opens its doors to the public from October 27 - 31 with experiences running at 6.30pm, 8pm and 9.30pm. Tickets are priced at £29 each.
Vampire Beach has a full programme of Halloween themed events and runs at Blackpool Pleasure Beach from October 12 - 31. You can find out more here.
