Cornwall’s Camel Creek Adventure Park has recently reopened for the season, with new rides and attractions. Following an extensive £3million refresh, 2019 will see Camel Creek unveil a series of brand new and updated rides and attractions opening throughout spring.
One of Cornwall’s leading family visitor attractions, Camel Creek Adventure Park is just outside Padstow and is an all-weather attraction, with seasonal events and activities for the entire family. At the helm, sits John Broome (founder and chief executive of Alton Towers in 1980) who plans to develop Camel Creek as the foremost Family Adventure Park in the UK, starting with these exciting new developments.
New for Spring 2019 – following extensive refurbishment in 2018, the water rides and slides will re-open. Along with the addition of a specially designed newly built mini-log flume, a wet'n'wild ride which is sure to elicit squeals of delight upon impact-splash!
Plus the state-of-the-art 5D Cinematic simulator. The first and only one of its kind in Cornwall, the simulator has been refreshed and will reopen as ‘Mission SIM Possible’ showing a short film ‘Arctic Adventure’, surrounding the senses and bringing the dramatic action to life.
New for May 2019 – the new arrivals and updates in Easter paves the way for exciting Summer launches at the park, including the colourful Clown Coaster for smaller children and Cornwall’s finest rollercoaster, the Airbender. The Airbender will offer an electrifying rider-experience and offer something for the over 12s in the family. Watch this space!
